This is the information I have right now, it is subject to change.
(1) There will be 60 multiple choice items.
– 20 items will be norm referenced
– Of the 20 items, 10 will be our standards and the other 10 may or may not be our standards
– Those items that are not our standards will not be counted with the others. They will only be used to compare to other states.
(2) The multiple choice questions will be 1 point each for a total of 50 points (remember we are not counting the 10 that may not be our standards).
(3) There will be two (2) constructed response questions worth 2 points each.
– These questions may ask for an answer and a short explanation OR be a two-part question OR ask for the work to be shown.
(4) There will be one (1) extended constructed response question worth 4 points.
– These will look similar to OAS with the three or four parts.
